Through MK Strategic Communications, Megan Klein works with executive teams as an advisor and fractional Chief Communications Officer — supporting leaders as they navigate complex environments where clarity, credibility, and alignment matter most.

After more than 20 years at Wells Fargo, including serving as Head of Communications for the Consumer & Small Business Deposits business, she has seen how important it is for communication to keep pace with decision-making — and the role that plays in building and sustaining trust.

Her experience spans enterprise transformation, reputation management, regulatory environments, and large-scale employee and customer communications. She has led communications during periods of rapid change, supporting leaders as they make decisions that impact millions of customers and employees.

Today, she partners with leadership teams who need more than messaging support. They need experienced judgment at the table—particularly in moments where decisions are moving quickly and alignment matters.
